Eco-Logistics combines not only care for the environment with logistics activities, but also environmental and economic efficiency with logistics, trying to reduce the sector's impact on the environment. To this end, conscious logistics operators strive to be environmentally friendly, carrying out their activities at the lowest possible cost and using means that protect. Although international legislation prescribes and recommends various actions to reduce pollution, every company in Poland can still do a lot to minimize its impact on the environment.
More efficient packaging of items:packing items in such a way as to fill the space as much as possible, so that as many products as possible fit in one transport carton; thanks to this, less filler will also be used (here we are definitely helped by extensive knowledge and many years of experience);
Environmental action– many companies take part in environmental campaigns to offset the impact of their services. We plant trees, segregate waste, use energy-saving lamps, save water and electricity, etc. in order to outweigh the amount of CO2 produced and reduce resource consumption;
Route optimization - reduction of travel costs, time or distance. By choosing the best route, we save fuel and thus reduce CO2 emissions;
For us as a Point of View, it is important to protect the environment, so we use cardboard boxes damaged in transport as a filler for shipments,we also recover the film that we clean so that it can be used again. We place emphasis on reducing packaging waste by recovering cardboard, cardboard and film. Our filler is used, among others, to protect products against damage during storage and transport and to fill free spaces in packaging, so that products do not move inside the packaging, do not bump against each other, or when additional protective space between the packaging and the packaged item is necessary. Recycled cardboard is a natural material that can be used as a package filling, and sustainable packaging is becoming an increasingly important priority for any business. Ecology is important to us. Among our teams there are people building pro-ecological awareness in the company, who feel this topic and understand what opportunities it brings for the company. The good will of employees and the willingness to support the company in its activities for ecology is the key to success in running a pro-ecological enterprise.
